There are a couple of ways we can structure your dedicated support. Whichever way works best for you, just know that if we're a good fit, I will be your biggest cheerleader. So that we get the results you deserve, I'll also hold you accountable to the parts you're responsible for. After all, the impact your business has in the world is in both our best interests!
1:1 Coaching
This is a great option for business owners wanting additional support and regular accountability for a short term project or longer term partnership. We'll start by defining your goals and setting a six monthly roadmap. We meet twice a month to review progress, clarify any questions and determine next steps, but we're in contact throughout the month via email and messenger. You'll also have full access to all available programmes for the duration of your 1:1 contract.
This option is also available on an hourly basis to any Marketing Collective programme client who wants additional support at any stage during the programme.
1:1 Consultancy & CMO Outsourcing
If you need a more hand-on approach, consider me your outsourced CMO or marketing mentor. I act as an advisor to your marketing function, whether that’s in-house or outsourced, helping you design and implement strategic plans and initiatives that are aligned with wider business goals. This gives you access to senior-level experience in a capacity that works for where your business is currently at - CMO capabilities at a fraction of the cost.
