We find it generally takes six months for small business owners (wearing all their hats) to implement meaningful changes in their marketing.

From working with small businesses one-on-one, we've found it optimal and practical to complete one module per week. This is about 2hrs work per week - some modules may be less, others a bit more.

Most businesses, even established businesses, need to revisit their strategy. These are the foundational pieces that make the fun stuff later on so much more effective. This strategic piece takes around 2-3 months to solidify (when completing a module a week).

Once you have that in place, it's about setting up and optimising the marketing channels and content that work for you and your brand. This is what we recommend you test and learn with, in the second half of the programme. To build a truly multi-channel marketing system, takes this time.

We know this programme works for businesses that are willing to do the work, to drive the results. This is a coaching programme - it requires you to complete the modules and make use of the live group coaching sessions, to get ahead.

As mentioned in some of the answers above, most businesses make it work by focusing on one module per week. On average, this takes about 2hrs to learn and then complete the worksheets.
