Sneha Patel is a change leader, entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and a packaging sustainability connoisseur. Sneha Patel is the Founder of South Asians in Sustainability, a social change and empowerment platform focused on supporting the South Asian community. Sneha has taken a non-traditional approach in the various Innovation, e-Commerce, and Sustainability strategic roles she has held within the Corporate sector. She has responded to the rapidly changing business environment by integrating transformation management principles in various disciplines to drive sustainable business change forward in Corporate America.

She strongly believes in leading with purpose, empathy, passion and committed to serving underrepresented South Asian communities through advocacy and Non-Profit(s) collaboration as she believes through service, education, and humanitarian efforts we can take major steps towards our communities’ overall well-being.

Sneha is also the Women in Sustainability Hub lead for the New York City region and is an independent Sustainability Change Management Consultant with her own practice at IKP Consulting LLC.
